	Gezondheidszorg augustus 2007 - Tricolast De bestaande order website wordt volledig in een nieuw jasje gestoken. Er werd tevens een off-line versie ontwikkeld van deze website die op een USB stick kan gezet worden. Orders worden vanaf de USB stick naar de online website verstuurd van zodra er een internet verbinding beschikbaar is. Wanneer de online website wordt aangepast, worden deze wijzigingen ook automatisch gedownload naar de USB stick's van zodra dat zij de eerstvolgende keer terug een verbinding maken. www.scarban-order.be
	Installateur juni 2007 - Akebo Akebo is een beveiligingsfirma. Een website werd voor hen op poten gezet waarin ze zelf hun nieuwsberichten beheren en online zetten. Via een inlog gedeelte kunnen hun mensen handleidingen en software downloaden waar nodig. De inhoud van hun site passen zij zelf aan via Adobe Contribute. www.akebo.be
	Rekreatie maart 2007 - Aandeplas Naast de reeds bestaande website werd nu ook een beheer website voorzien die het beheer van het domain voor zijn rekening neemt. Het bijhouden van de sport reservatie's, de logies en andere zaken gebeurt nu volledig online. Voor elke reservatie worden de facturen online opgesteld en verstuurd naar de administratieve zetel te Brugge. Daar worden ze rechtstreeks in het boekhoudpakket geïmporteerd. www.aandeplas-beheer.be
	Opleiding januari 2007 - Vlaamse Zeezeilschool Een volledig systeem werd op maat ontwikkeld om het volledig beheer en de administratie van de Vlaamse Zeezeilschool in goede banen te leiden. Cursussen worden aangemaakt en bezoekers kunnen op de publieke pagina's een cursus kiezen en zich online inschrijven. De examen resultaten worden bijgehouden en brieven worden rechtstreeks vanaf de website verstuurd. www.vlaamsezeezeilschool.be of zzs.lin2.nucleus.be
	Havenbeheer november 2006 - IMC2008 Een website om de internationale IMC2008 beurs te promoten. Via deze website kunnen zowel bezoekers als exposanten zich inschrijven en ruimte reserveren. Verschillende formules zijn beschikbaar. JVD-Solutions stond in voor het dynamische registratie gedeelte met SQL databases. www.imc2008.com
	Rekreatie oktober 2006 - VVW Galgenweel Het volledige beheer van deze club werd online gezet. Leden, loodsen, ligplaatsen, cursussen, enz... worden beheerd vanop de website. Er bestaat ook een link met de aanwezige toegangscontrole. Facturen of creditnota's worden jaarlijks automatisch gegenereerd en de opvolging van de betalingen gebeurt ook online. 	Rekreatie september 2006 - VVW Recrea Een volledig ledenbeheer voor de clubs van het VVW werd online gezet. Het betreft hier een bestaande foxpro applicatie die werd overgezet als online webapplicatie. De clubs loggen in om hun ledenbeheer te beheren. De VVW beheerders loggen in om de federatie zaken te regelen. www.vvwlink.be
	Groothandel augustus 2006 - Quetzales Het Orderwizard programma beheert de klanten, de artikelen (met stock) en de orders. Het OrderPicker programma gaat mee in de field met de vertegenwoordigers om de orders op te nemen. Voor ze vertrekken, wordt het opgeladen met de artikelen en klanten aanwezig in OrderWizard. Bij hun terugkomst worden de ingevoerde orders doorgegeven aan OrderWizard. In de toonzaal worden orders opgenomen met Psion handterminals voorzien van een barcode scanner. De ingevoerde orders worden via het internet doorgestuurd naar Vietnam waar ze geproduceerd worden. De website met artikelen wordt ook gesynchroniseerd via OrderWizard.
	Marina June 2006 - VVW Blankenberge Based on the existing application in VVW Nieuwpoort, a complete marina and membership management system has been developed. The membership software handles the yearly administrative tasks concerning the members and assigning them to berths. The marina software keeps track of members and visitors arriving and leaving the harbour. It is directly linked with the installed access control system. For the visitors preprinted (throw away) barcode cards are used to grant them access to the harbour and the sanitary accomodations. www.vvwblankenberge.be
	Recreation May 2006 - Aan de plas After the web site (see below), JVD-Solutions did provide in a custom made dynamic access control. This for the 16 rooms and the 4 main doorways. So 20 RFID readers in total have been installed. A software package has been developed to assign access cards to visitors in a fast and flexible way. As soon as visitors arrive they get one or more access cards. With this card they can open access their room and the can open the main door at the reception. A second program has been developed to keep track of the bookings (perhaps the booking has been made through the web site). As soon as a visit is over, the program also generates the necessary invoice. www.aandeplas.be
	Marina April 2006 - VVW Gent Leie Due to the large number of members and visitors, there was a big need for a flexible access control system. Mainly for the slipway and for the sanitary accommodations. The traditional key/lock procedure was no longer practical or feasible. Now, in the existing member management software a RFID badge identification number can be entered for each member. This is done trough a login reader connected to the PC. The numbers are send to the readers by means of a wireless GSM modem connection. So, there was no need to 'dig in' a (long) cable from the controlling PC to the remote readers. Via the software removing or adding badges is handled very easily. A separate part of the project was the developed of their new website. www.vvw-gent-leie.be
	Recreation March 2006 - Aan de plas "At the waterfront" a multi-facet holiday resort. JVD-Solutions did develop the dynamic web site www.aandeplas.be. The home page has a simple "news bar". Messages are posted via the management web page. You need a login to enter this management page. The messages themselves can contain links, pictures, colours, etc... The "bookings" page contains a complete on-line booking service. The visitor select the data en picks his rooms. The prices are calculated immediately. These reservation requests are stored inside the SQL database. And again the reservations can be checked via the management page. And confirmation e-mails can be send automatically. There is also a secure on-line credit card payment system available. www.aandeplas.be
	Healthcare February 2006 - Den Dries Den Dries is a home for mentally disabled people. 10 acoustic alarm boxes have been developed to monitor some of those persons at night. It is a stand alone GSM box that simply is placed in the room of the person under surveillance. As soon as the person makes a sound that is "louder" than normal the GSM box will establish a call to the mobile phone of the 'night shift. Here the night shift can pick up, listen what is the matter and decide if it is necessary to assist that person. Via a PC you can configure the sensitivity, the phone number to call, the build in clock and the day time at which the alarm has to switch itself on and the time at which it has to switch itself off. 	Marina January 2006 - VVW Nieuwpoort The Marina VVW Nieuwpoort already runs, for several years, a complete JVD-Solutions linked 'harbour management system' consisting of: - a membership management software module - a marina management software module - a access control software module - a portable mobile terminal connected via a GSM modem Now this system has been extended with a printing system to print there own membership cards on labels that will be send every year to their members. This label is stuck onto their RFID access control card. This way there access card serves 2 purposes: it is their access control badge and at the same time it is their membership card. www.vvwnieuwpoort.be
	Mechanical December 2005 - Elca Elca is a construction company especially active in the water purification sector. A complete automation solution has been provided by JVD-Solutions. Software has been created, to measure, to make offers and to manage the article, customer, supplier and employee databases. Time and attendance software keeps track of employee and project timings. Also a warehouse picking system had been developed. These different pieces of software are linked together in the so called project management program. With other words a total solution has been provided.
	Food November 2005 - Sandwich Factory One of the first web sites in Belgium that allows you to order your sandwiches (and other products) on-line. The visitor selects his product and adds it to his order list. Once's completed he sends his order to Sandwich Factory. The list of products, Sandwich Factory wants to show on its web site, is send with a click of a button. Orders that were entered on the web site are received at Sandwich Factory and here labels are automatically printed via a label printer. These labels can then be stuck on the sandwich bags for easy delivery.
	Services August 2005 - Zakenkantoor Filiep Verhelst-Maes A new web site is created, for this agency of the landbouwkrediet bank, with an integrated automatic news bar. 	Recreation July 2005 - Marina VVW Nieuwpoort A new "wireless" Access control is integrated inside the existing harbour management and membership software. The RFID reader communicates via its integrated GSM module with the server in de main building. As visitors come during the day, they are granted access automatically during the stay of their visit. 	Internet June 2005 - JVD-Solutions This website was extended to support, from now on, all software distribution towards the customers. The customer enters his company name and access code to go to his own dowload page for downloading the lastest version of his software. When a new version is available a notification email is send to the customer. This email contains a direct link to his download page. Read more...
	Healthcare May 2005 - Tricolast Automatic barcode label printing and a durable wireless RF barcode scanner are introdused in the already existing web and PC based order software. Through this a detailed product tracing is now possible during production. For each web order, all this additional tracking information is stored permanently inside the central database. Read more...
